Creamy Chicken Curry Ingredients:

3/4 kilogram chicken parts (preferably leg, wing, thigh)
4 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 piece medium onion, sliced for sautéing
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
1 piece medium carrot, cut into cubes
1 piece medium potato, cut into cubes
1 piece small red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 pack 250ml Alaska Creamy Chicken Evap
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chili flakes for garnishing (optional)

How to cook Creamy Chicken Curry:

1 Marinate chicken in a mixture of 1 tablespoon curry powder and fish sauce. Set aside.

2 In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add in the remaining 3 tablespoons of curry powder and continue sautéing until it forms into a thick sauce.

3 Add the marinated chicken and cook until the pieces are well-coated and slightly brown. Pour in the water and simmer for 20 minutes.

4 Add in carrot, potato, and bell pepper. Let it cook for 20 more minutes.

5 Lower the heat and pour in Alaska Creamy Chicken Evap. Lower the heat a bit more and mix until the milk is completely combined.

6 Season with salt and pepper according to desired taste. Top with chili flakes for an extra kick. Serve with rice.

Creamy Beef Caldereta Recipe

Who doesn’t love a bowl of beef caldereta bursting with a rich, juicy flavor right from the first bite? Imagine that with the added creaminess of Alaska Creamy Beef Evap and you'll definitely be asking for extra cups of rice!

Makes 5-6 servings

Takes 1-2 1/2 hours (including boiling the meat)

Creamy Beef Caldereta Ingredients:

3/4 kilogram beef, cut into cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 piece medium onion, sliced for sautéing
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 small can liver spread
1 pack 250ml tomato sauce
1 piece medium carrot, cut into cubes
1 piece medium potato, cut into cubes
1 piece small green bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 pack 250ml Alaska Creamy Beef Evap
salt to taste
pepper to taste

How to cook Creamy Beef Caldereta:

1 Marinate beef in soy sauce and set it aside for an hour.

2 Once beef cubes are well-marinated, fry them in a deep skillet until all sides are browned. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

3 In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil over medium heat. Add in the beef and water, and then let it boil. Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.

4 Once the beef is tender, mix in the liver spread. Make sure to dissolve it into the broth. Pour in tomato sauce and then mix well.

5 Add carrot, potato, and bell pepper. Let it simmer until the vegetables are tender but not mushy.

6 Lower the heat and pour in Alaska Creamy Beef Evap. Lower the heat a bit more and mix until milk is combined.

7 Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.

Creamy Beef Pares Recipe

Beef pares isn’t traditionally cooked with milk, that’s why this creamy version is all the more enticing. Alaska Creamy Beef Evap will help make this garlicky and meaty dish more luscious!

Makes 4-6 servings

Takes 3 hours

Beef Pares Ingredients:

1 kilogram beef brisket, cut into cubes
4 cups water
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
1/2 cup chopped red onion
4 pieces star anise
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 pack 250ml Alaska Creamy Beef Evap
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped spring onions for garnishing (optional)

How to cook Beef Pares:

1 In a pot, put together beef brisket and 2 cups of water. Let it boil for 10 minutes before removing from the heat. Discard the water and rinse the beef to remove the scum. Wash the pot.

2 Put the beef brisket back into the pot then add in the remaining 2 cups of water, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, onion, star anise, and brown sugar. Cover and allow it to simmer for about 2 hours or until the beef is tender. Make sure to check and stir once in a while.

3 Once the meat is tender, pour in the Alaska Creamy Beef Evap. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4 Remove from heat then transfer to a bowl. Top with spring onions. Serve with garlic rice.
