MIDNIGHT SNACK HACKS: Canned Tuna Sushi Bowl

Craving sushi? This is an easy deconstructed version using canned goods.

If you find sushi rolls to be too complicated to make at home, you can still get your sushi fix with this canned tuna sushi bowl recipe. It’s a great fix for your midnight snack cravings. 

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 ripe mango, sliced into cubes
  • 1 185-gram can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 3 pieces nori
  • Japanese mayonnaise, for drizzling
