The best thing about fruit salad is that it comes together in a matter of minutes. Young coconut, or buko, cheese, and nata de coco make this fruit salad extra special and delicious.

Special Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients:

1 507-gram can fruit cocktail, drained well
1/4 kilogram young coconut, grated (around 3 young coconuts)
1 medium-sized bottle red nata de coco, drained well
1 medium-sized bottle green nata de coco, drained well
1 250-ml pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2/3 cup condensed milk
½ 175-gram bar cheddar cheese, diced into small cubes

How to Make Special Fruit Salad Recipe:

1 In a large mixing bowl, mix the grated young coconut and nata de coco together.

2 Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and cheese. Mix well.

3 Transfer onto a serving container and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

Creamy Pork Caldereta Recipe

Creamy Pork Caldereta Ingredients:

4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large potato, cubed
1 large carrot, cubed
1 kilogram pork shoulder, cut into pieces
3 8-gram sachets MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 bay leaves
1 head garlic, minced
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 small red chili, sliced
1 85-gram can liver spread
2 cups tomato sauce
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
1 250-ml pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

How to Make Creamy Pork Caldereta:

1 In a large cooking pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute potato and carrot until potatoes are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2 Add the pork into the pan and season with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Saute in the remaining oil for 10 minutes or until cooked through, then remove and set aside.

3 In the same pot, saute garlic, onion, and red chili. Add liver spread and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, and the cooked pork, pour enough water to cover the pork and let simmer for 1 hour or until pork is tender. Add water as needed.

4 Once the pork is tender, add back the potato and carrot. Add the bell peppers, then season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Stir in the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese until combined.

5 Transfer onto and serving bowl or dish, top with remaining 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese, and serve.

4 hotdogs, sliced
1/4 cup water
2 8-g sachets MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 250-ml pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 kilogram spaghetti pasta noodles, cooked according to packing directions
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make Creamy Party-Sized Filipino Spaghetti:

1 In a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute the garlic and onions until cooked through, and add the ground pork and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2 Add the tomato sauce, banana ketchup, and hotdogs. Mix to combine.

3 Add the water and cover the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes before seasoning with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and mix to combine.

4 Add the pasta into the sauce, combine, and transfer onto a large serving plate. Top with cheddar cheese and serve immediately.
