Savorventure Bulgogi Style Spicy Chicken

A popular K-BBQ staple, bulgogi is usually made with thinly sliced pork or beef that is soaked in sweet-savory and nutty marinade. To make this version, use chicken and add a kick of savory anghang with MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili and chili paste. Get ready for some nostalgia hits that’ll take you back to Seoul!

Yield: 4 servings

Savorventure Bulgogi Style Spicy Chicken Ingredients:

1/2 kilo chicken thigh
3 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 piece cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon spring onion, chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup kimchi

How to Cook Savorventure Bulgogi Style Spicy Chicken:

1. Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili, gochujang, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.

2. Preheat a clean grill. Brush the chicken with oil and grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. Set aside for 10 minutes.

3. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place on a bed of cucumber slices. Top with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and kimchi.

Just like this grilled chicken dish, which takes inspiration from Italian cuisine with its light, fresh, and herby flavors from the basil, fresh tomatoes, and cheese, and with an added spicy kick from the MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili.

Yield: 4 servings

Savorventure Grilled Chicken with Tomato and Cheese Ingredients:

1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet
3 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 pieces tomatoes, sliced
1/2 bar of cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil

How to Cook Savorventure Grilled Chicken with Tomato and Cheese:

1. Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili for 10 minutes.

2. Preheat a clean grill. Coat marinated chicken with oil and grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip, place a few tomato slices per chicken, and grate cheese on top. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer on a plate and set aside for 10 minutes to rest.

3. Transfer on a plate, top with basil, and serve.

Savorventure Grilled Mini Burgers Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground beef
1/4 cup MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 bar of cheese, sliced
8 pieces hamburger buns
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
2 pieces tomato, sliced

How to Cook Savorventure Grilled Mini Burgers:

1. Season beef with MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili. Form into 8 equal patties and set aside.

2. Preheat a clean grill and brush with oil. Grill beef patties for 2 minutes. Flip, top with cheese, and continue to grill for another 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Spread butter on burger buns and toast until light golden brown.

4. To assemble the burgers, lightly spread mayonnaise on toasted buns. Layer lettuce, tomato, and burger patty. Cover with top bun and serve.

4 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to Cook Savorventure Grilled Pork Chop:

1. Marinate pork chops with garlic, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili, calamansi juice, brown sugar, and pepper. Set aside for at least 15 minutes.

2. Brush the pork with vegetable oil and grill over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
