This garlic hack will help you peel like an expert sans garlicky-smelling hands! All you need to do is place the garlic cloves in a metal bowl, cover with another bowl in the same size, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. You should hear the cloves banging against the bowl. Uncover and you'll find the cloves completely peeled.
