It's time to make a Mess! This version of a classic English dessert called the Eton Mess, uses Filipino favorites like broas and otap for a no-fuss dessert that's a definite crowd-pleaser.
heavy cream, whipped
ripe mango, cubed
broas, crumbled
otap, crushed
mango-pineapple jam
1 Place the heavy cream in a bowl and whip into stiff peaks.
2 Fold in mango cubes, broas, otap, and mango-pineapple jam.
3 Serve in glasses or jars. Top with more mangoes, broas, and otap, if desired.
