This mais con yelo recipe mixes both cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, and crushed ice in a glass for a refreshing and tasty dessert. You may add sugar or sweetened condensed milk to adjust to your preferred for sweetness level. 

 

cream-style corn
whole kernel corn
crushed ice
sugar
evaporated milk
leche flan (optional)

In a glass, layer cream-style corn, kernel corn, and ice.

Add sugar as preferred and pour evaporated milk.

Garnish with slices of leche flan. Serve immediately.
