Pour in cream cheese mixture until 1/2 full; freeze until firm. Repeat to make 2 more layers. Insert a popsicle stick and top each with 1 teaspoon crushed graham crackers before freezing the last layer.

Place 11/3 cups milk and 21/4 cups fruity cereal in a large bowl; let steep for 20 minutes. Discard soggy cereal. Mix 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream into milk; divide mixture among 4 popsicle molds. Top each with 1 tablespoon cereal; freeze (insert a popsicle stick in the center of each halfway through freezing time). Sprinkle with crushed cereal before serving.
