Chocolate Tiramisu

juice from 1 large orange (about 2/3 cup)

3 eggyolks

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup fresh milk

1 pack Magnolia All-Purpose Cream, chilled

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 bar cream cheese

2 packs lady finger biscuits (broas)

dark chocolate curls and cocoa powder to serve

1 cup raisins (optional)

3/4 cup dark rum (optional)

Whisk together eggyolks, sugar and milk until smooth in a mixing bowl. Cook on top of a double boiler until thick and let it cool.

In another mixing bowl, whip chilled Magnolia All-Purpose Cream until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until medium peaks. Set aside.

Mix together cream cheese and cooled cooked eggyolk mixture in a bowl and cream together until smooth. Gradually add in orange juice.

Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Line the bottom of a 8x12-inch dish or pan with broas. Dust the top with cocoa. Place 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly. Repeat layers ending with the cream cheese mixture. Chill for 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to infuse.

Just before serving, dust the top of tiramisu with cocoa then chocolate curls then serve cold.
