These mais con yelo popsicles are perfect for summer. You don’t even need a lot of ingredients: canned corn, all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and pinipig are all you need to make these fun coolers:
Mais Con Yelo Popsicles
Prep time 10 minutes
Makes 8 popsicles
1 cup canned cream-style sweet corn
3/4 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 tablespoon pinipig (puffed rice), toasted
1 In a bowl, combine corn, all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and toasted pinipig. Mix until thoroughly combined.
2 Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight before serving.
