This Week's Meal Plan: 5 Easy Dishes You Can Make with Ground Meat

Purchasing meat at the grocery can get pricey if you're working on a budget. Thankfully, we have the option of ground meat for chicken, beef, and pork. The prices are significantly lower than the prices of their respective full cuts, so you'll be able to whip up a protein-rich meal while keeping tabs on your spending. Opt for the leaner grounds instead of the regular grounds-you'll be purchasing ground meat with less fat in it.

This meal plan will get you through the work week without being too repetitive on the dishes-we included meatloaf, meatballs, burgers, and minced meat dishes in the plan. Believe it or not, you'll be spending around only P50 per serving! Also, you can prep all of these dishes on a Sunday, and keep them in your refrigerator or freezer until you need to cook or serve them.
