Need help keeping your hands clean while you coat your protein fillets with egg and breadcrumbs? Don’t worry! The trick is to use one hand exclusively for wet ingredients (eggs, buttermilk) and your other hand for dry ingredients (breadcrumbs, flour). That way, the ingredients won’t mix together and form a sticky paste around your fingers.
For extra protection, feel free to use food-grade latex gloves as you coat your ingredients. That’s all it really takes! Easy, right?
