The Easy 3-Step Guide to Peeling Pineapples

1 Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple so it stands steady on your chopping board.


2 With a very sharp knife or a serrated bread knife, slice off the pineapple peel, going from top to bottom, all around.

3 Slice off the “eyes” (brown spots in the yellow fruit) using angular incisions.
