Technique #1:Â

1 Â Slice off both ends of the pineapple.Â

2 Â Slice the pineapple in half.
Â
3 Â Turn on its flat side and slice in half again, then slice into quarters.

4 Â Remove the core of the pineapple.

5 Â Carefully run your knife through the pineapple to remove the tough skin.

6 Â Lay on its flat side and slice through.Â

1 Â Slice off the two ends of the pineapple.

2 Â Slice the pineapple in half.

3 Â Start at the top and slice downwards to take off the skin. Remember to follow the shape of the fruit while taking off as little fruit as possible.Â
