Being a mom can be overwhelming when you're juggling two to eight tasks at a time, but it can be the most rewarding thing ever, too. If you're a new mom or a mom-to-be who is absolutely clueless around the kitchen, 25 Mushrooms Kitchen is offering an Absolute Beginner Moms' class, that can teach you the basics.

The Absolute Beginner Moms' Class will be a four-day class where you can be taught how to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious meals. The course also takes into consideration the time you can allot for cooking. You'll also learn about basic cooking equipment and planning a menu, which is extremely helpful if you can only schedule a grocery trip at certain days of the month.

Part of this class is getting familiar with other cooking techniques that go beyond frying and boiling, like sauteing and roasting. You'll also get the chance to enhance your knife skills, where you'll learn how to properly chop vegetables.
