7-Eleven Now Sells Huge Tubs Of Arroz Caldo And Champorado

Both are the ultimate comfort food during a rainy day.

On rainy, cold days that you find yourself suddenly craving delicious warm food, nothing beats a bowl of gingery arroz caldo and sweet champorado topped with powdered milk. Lucky for you, you can easily get your rainy-day comfort-food fix at a 7-Eleven store near you: 7-Fresh’s Arroz Caldo and Champorado are now available in Family Meals (good-for-sharing tubs).

7-Eleven’s Arroz Caldo-Family Meal is made with glutinous rice that’s made flavorful with ginger, then topped with minced locally sourced vegetables, and is made more filling with real ground chicken meat. This arroz caldo-in-a-tub only costs P115 and it serves 2-3 people. 

The Champorado-Family Meal is a tub of chocolatey champorado made with Malaysian dark cocoa powder. To replicate the sweet-salty flavor combination of champorado and tuyo, 7-Eleven topped this champorado-in-a-tub is topped with Taiwan fish flakes.

7-Eleven’s Arroz Caldo and Champorado Family Meal tubs are available in select 7-Eleven stores in Luzon.
