Did You Know 7-Eleven Has A City Blends Cafe?
There are more coffee options to choose from.
On most days, a cup or two of coffee is an integral part of the morning routine. For those who don't always have the luxury of time to enjoy a cup of coffee at home, there are convenience stores like 7-Eleven that offer coffee 24/7.
But what if there's actually freshly-brewed coffee that you can get for less than 110 pesos? 7-Eleven's City Blends has a special cafe where you can get premium coffee that you can't normally get through their self-service coffee machine found in most of their stores.
What's different with the City Blends Cafe is that they offer thirteen types of coffee and tea, hot or iced, like Nitro coffee or tea, White Chocolate Matcha Latte, and Iced Hazelnut Chocolate. This branch also offers milkshakes in Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate flavors, plus a selection of cakes and pastries to pair with your cup of coffee, tea, or milkshake.
According to their servers, three of their best-sellers are the Americano (P50/small; P65/medium; P80/large), Cappuccino (P60/small; P75/medium; P90/large), and the Salted Caramel Latte (P50/small; P65/medium; P80/large). The Salted Caramel Latte is made with Colombia beans: a smooth, medium-bodied coffee with hints of caramel.
The first-ever City Blends Cafe branch is located at Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Street, corner 2nd Avenue, which opened a year ago. For 2020, the newest cafe concept from 7-Eleven is named Bean Here Cafe located at Columbia Tower along Ortigas Avenue.
Bean Here has a similar menu to City Blends Cafe but the difference is that they use 100% Arabica coffee beans in Bean Here. It's a good place to have your coffee break (without overspending) or if you need to catch up with a friend. Bean Here, just like City Blends Cafe, is open 24/7, so you can drop by anytime.
