We’re sure you already have your favorite budget-friendly 7-Eleven rice meals that you rely on whenever you’re feeling hungry, but there’s always room to discover new favorites! 7-Eleven has just launched two new Chinese rice meals that are made in collaboration with a famous Chinese restaurant, Lugang Cafe.
Through this collaboration, the convenience store now offers Three Cup Chicken (P99) that highlights tender cuts of chicken coated in a sweet and savory glaze made with sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine. This savory ulam is served on top of a bed of fluffy white rice.
The other chicken dish is a Sweet and Sour Chicken (P105). They stick to a classic approach by coating the crunchy fried chicken strips with Lugang Cafe’s signature sweet and sour sauce. Same as the Three Cup Chicken, the Sweet and Sour Chicken is also served on a bed of white rice.
