What makes Ninay's Special Puto special is that it uses a tried and tested recipe that was passed on from generation to generation since 1913. According to an interview with Aling Ninay herself, she uses quality rice flour that gives their puto that traditional flavor and texture. When you take a bite of it, you'll notice how fluffy, soft, moist, and siksik the puto is.

The Special Puto is so good that you can eat it on its own. But it gets better! The puto comes with a serving of kalamay sauce which you can drizzle on top of the puto, and this will surely make you want to grab one more bite after the other, especially if you're pairing it with kapeng Barako on the side.
