Coffee For Dessert? Try This New Coffee-Flavored Soft Cream!
Good coffee makes for good dessert.
GOOD FOOD ALERT! Arabica Coffee's following in Kyoto, Japan reached Philippines shore when it opened its first branch in Bonifacio Global City in 2018. Since then, the cafe in BGC is often filled with coffee junkies looking for a cup of caffeine buzz. % Arabica's second branch recently opened in Podium last September 8, 2019 and this branch offers an in-store exclusive coffee-flavored dessert that no coffee-loving person should miss.
What you need to know
If the idea of having coffee for dessert thrills you, then % Arabica's Podium-exclusive % Soft Cream just might be what you need! This coffee-flavored soft serve is made with % Arabica's signature coffee blend: the Japan % Arabica Blend. This blend has intense, strong flavors with a hint of sweetness.
What we love about it
What we love about % Arabica's % Soft Cream is that it highlights a balanced coffee-to-milk ratio. The coffee is not too strong, not too sweet, and nor is it too milky. It's able to combine all these flavors harmoniously (and consistently!) in a creamy soft serve twirl.
An interesting tidbit about this soft serve is that it is only served in an espresso-sized cup for P135. At first glance, you might think this one-size option is unfair and expensive, but we honestly feel like the rich and flavorful ice cream is best served in that amount for a single person. Nothing more, nothing less.
The % Soft Cream is already good on its own. Drenching the coffee-flavored soft serve with more coffee, like an affogato, might ruin the balanced flavors it already has. But don't let us stop you from getting creative and hitting your daily coffee needs, you can add % Arabica's Americano or Spanish Latte if you prefer more caffeine in your life.
Where to get it
% Arabica's % Soft Cream (P135/cup) is only available in The Podium, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
