Compared to most delivery and pabili services, the Araneta City Assist functions more as a directory and a menu. Here’s how Araneta City Assist works:

As of writing, Araneta Assist only covers Quezon City, Pasig City, Marikina City, and San Juan City only. You can try ordering by downloading the Araneta City Assist mobile application, which is both available on Google Playstore and Apple Store. They are also offering free delivery on orders made until June 19, 2020 all you have to do is to enter the code “ARANETACITY” after ordering your items.

According to Araneta City’s official Facebook page, they will soon add more participating stores from Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, Farmers Plaza, Farmers Market, Farmers Garden, Shopwise Arcada, Coliseum Circle, Manhattan Arcade, and New Frontier Theater Arcade.
