The Quadro Bilao includes crunchy fried chicken wings, lumpiang Shanghai, Pinoy spaghetti, and pancit canton with lechon bagnet on top. Even though you already have pancit included in the bilao that can serve as your main carb, it would be a good decision to also prepare rice at home! Chicken and lumpia, and admittedly even pancit, just doesn’t feel complete without it.
This Fiesta Favorites – Quadro Bulao is already good for 12 people and it only costs P1,800. Astoria Plaza also has smaller versions of the bilao. The Trio Bilao (P1,400) includes the pancit cantion with lechon bagnet, pancit palabok, and pork barbecue, while the Duo Bilao (P1,000) includes spaghetti and crunchy fried chicken.
