A streamlined take on the classic Pommes Darphin, filled with Brie cheese and fresh herbs.


The food here is simple, straightforward and rooted in classical French techniques. Here, you won’t find plates of fancy, over-the-top food, even if Chef Akrame cut his teeth at the legendary El Bulli restaurant in Spain. The dishes here are humble, think steak, roast potatoes and custard tarts, but executed with the utmost precision by their team of young chefs.
