What's Bellefleur's Mango Tres Leches cake made of? The bottom of the cake is a dense leche flan that's creamy and has just the right amount of sweetness. On top of the leche flan is a thick layer of vanilla chiffon with ice cream-like mango cream dotted with bits of yellow mangoes. The top layer covered in diced slices of yellow mangoes is what gives this cake a sweet and tart flavor.
