This Delicious Bibingka In a Tin Can Is The Perfect Christmas Gift

It's not just chocolate cake that can be baked in a can!

It's Christmas time again, which means our craving for bibingka is back. It's this craving that started it for Chef Michelle Marie Abalon of Sweetums Sweet Treats who now sells eight scrumptious versions of bibingka in red tin cans.

You'll love their classic bibingka thanks to an over-the-top generous topping of salted egg, melted cheese, and fresh coconut shavings that all come together into a symphony of flavors and textures. Every moist spoonful is sure to have a good dose of everything you love about bibingka. Upon request, you can even have more coconut and a side of muscovado sugar for free. Although denser than the typical bibingka, this rendition's flavors are all amplified to hit the spot.

Another reason Chef Michelle's bibingka tastes so good is that it uses the traditional, all-natural way of making the batter through soaking the glutinous rice flour in coconut milk for 24 hours. Each can is meticulously made, and to assure customers of its quality, she makes these tin can cakes by herself.

Are you or anyone feasting with you on a diet? There's no need to ruin your diets because you can request for any of the tin can orders to be either gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, or keto-friendly. It will make the cans twice the price at P800/can but it's worth the investment! Nothing is more delicious than a cake shared after all!
