If you love local flavors and pastries, these new treats will hit the spot. Newly-opened Manam Cafe at the SM Fashion Hall boasts a Minatamis, Tinapay, at Kakanin menu for people who love rice cakes and Pinoy pastries.

Make sure not to miss the calamansi tart (P220): it has a crisp, golden brown crust that envelopes the creamy calamansi curd with a brûléed top. Each bite gives you sweet and citrusy flavors. The tart is served with a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with nuts on the side. 

You can have this delicious bibingkang ube all-year round!

The bibingkang ube (P230) has swirls of sweet, purple ube jam to make the bibingka experience more delicious. This bibingkang ube is soft and has a thin, delicious glutinous rice cake-texture on the bottom and is topped with a mountain of shaved coconut.
