This Bibingka Butter Yema Cake Deserves A Spot On Your Holiday Table
It's fluffy, moist, and has the right amount of yema flavors.
We always say you don't need an occasion to indulge in a bit of cake but if you're still looking for food gifts or a dessert to add to your Noche Buena spread or holiday party, you should check out this unassuming cake from Bibingkinitan.
Known for its bibingka, Bibingkinitan now has new Keso Cakes on the menu. The new Bibingka Butter Yema Cake (P350) is especially recommended: it has light and fluffy chiffon cake with a layer of housemade yema in between cake layers. It is topped with more yema plus grated queso de bola on top. It has cured salted egg yolks in the mix, too. It's hard not to finish off a tray in one go!
Two new other Keso Cakes were also recently launched: Bibingka Cheesecake with Salted Egg and Queso de Bola (P450) and Bibingka Cheesecake with Brown Butter Muscovado (P450). All are delicious spins on the holiday favorite, bibingka. All Keso Cakes are available in 4 by 8-inch trays.
To order, visit the Bibingkinitan website.
