Have you seen those cheesecakes with a burnt-looking top while scrolling your social media feed? That's the Basque burnt cheesecake, a Basque-inspired version of a dense cheesecake that's cooked in high heat (hence the burnt top) and doesn't have a crust. If you haven't tried this food trend, Bizu Patisserie's new Bonita, the patisserie's take on the famed Basque burnt cheesecake, now comes in an ube flavor. Meet the Ube Basque Burnt Cheesecake.

Similar to Bizu's classic Bonita (which is topped with strawberries), the Ube Basque Burnt Cheesecake has that signature burnt exterior that hides a center of decadent, vibrant purple-hued, soft cheesecake center. The scorched layer complements the subtle sweetness of the ube and the tartness of the cheese base.

Bizu's Ube Basque Burnt Cheesecake (P2,300) may be ordered via Bizu's website. You can also send a Viber message to (0917) 634-6379 or text message to (0917) 633-7929.
