Sweet Things From Bizu: A New White Chocolate + Pistachio Mousse Cake And More
Bizu takes the guesswork out of deciding which sweet confections to buy as gifts.
If food is your love language, pastry shop and cafe Bizu has several sweet offerings just in time for gifting and party season. This year, a new cake dubbed Noelle is on the menu: a white chocolate ganache and pistachio mousse cake that has a creme bruleè and strawberry jelly center with an almond shortbread crust topped with a delicate white chocolate ribbon.
If you or any of the people on your gift list love macarons, Bizu has new macaron flavors. Expect Pumpkin Spice, Orange Grand Marnier, and Chocolate Mint Macaron de Paris-flavored macarons to make the holidays sweeter. Cakesicles, truffle pyramids, chocolate bars, and pretzels also make for fun stocking stuffers.
If you want an eye-catching centerpiece, Bizu can assemble "Towers of Joy" made with glazed cream puffs or French macarons. If you want to skip cooking everything for Noche Buena, you can also just order ahead of time and opt for these savory choices and crowd-favorites: Cochinillo, Prime Ribeye Roast Beef, Smoked Salmon and Black Caviar Pie, and Baked Salmon Rockefeller.
To place orders, contact or visit any Bizu branch with last orders for December 24 to be made by December 21 and last orders for December 31 to be made by December 28. For roasted items, please allow three (3) days prior to ordering. Visit www.bizu.ph to see the 2021 Christmas catalogue.
