You don't have to wait for 6 months!

If you haven't heard of Sunny Side Cafe yet, it's all-day breakfast spot located on Station 3 in Boracay which serves the most decadent pancakes fit for a vacation: think Earl Grey cream and fresh orange pancakes, Espresso-Caramel pancakes, and decadent Malagos Chocolate pancakes. Sunny Side Café also serves The Sunny Side Champorado, an indulgent bowl made with Malagos chocolate, candied bacon, caramel ice cream, and fresh mango; and the Purple Heirloom Rice "Champorado", a vegan option made with heirloom sticky rice.

The best news: you don't need to wait for 6 more months until Boracay Island reopens. Sunny Side Café will have a pop-up from May 18 to July 31 at Canvas, Westgate Center, Alabang, 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. They will be serving a limited selection of their popular dishes including their Bacon & Mango Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Kitayama Beef Tapsilog.

Spicebird Piri-Piri Grill, the sister-restaurant of Sunny Side Café, will also have a pop-up at Hole in the Wall in Century City Mall, Makati from June 16 to August 15. It's your chance to sample their famed piri-piri meats with bold flavors and best doused in an assortment of Spicebird's signature sauces (classic Piri-Piri sauce, Hotbird sauce, Garlic & Lime, and the Salsa Verde). Here's to hoping they'll also serve their Piri-Piri Chicken Skin!
