If you're the one tasked to buy groceries, then you already know that fresh vegetables and fresh fruits are not cheap. Fortunately, we can make the most out of our hard-earned money with Box-All-You-Can, an upcoming farmer-to-consumer marketplace by Alabang Town Center and Rural Rising Philippines.

For only P699, the Box-All-You-Can event lets participants stuff a 16 x 16 x 8-inch box with as many fruits and fresh vegetables inside one box. There will be a time constraint of 10 minutes to go through the piles of "rescue produce" Rural Rising will be bringing in from local farms.

The farmers will also be there to unload their trucks of different fruits and vegetables. According to Rural Rising Philippines, the farmers themselves can also assist you. You can even question them about the current agricultural climate if you're interested!

In a Facebook post by Rural Rising, they gave a teaser of what you can expect during Box-All-You-Can. Among the numerous fruits and vegetables available, here are some fruits and vegetables you can hope to add to your box: beets, carrots, radish, cauliflower, eggplant, cabbage, corn, potato, pineapple, papaya, and a variety of lettuce. Of course, there will be more to choose from on the day of the event itself.

The Box-All-You-Can event is scheduled for April 8, 9, and 10 at the Activity Center of Alabang Town Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You can reserve your slot through Rural Rising's website. It's best to reserve ahead of time because if you buy a ticket on the day itself, the fee will be more expensive.
