You Need To Try This Chewy Buchi Stuffed With A Lot Of Cheese And Ube!
This is a unique take on buchi!
Buchi is a classic Chinese delicacy that's made with chewy rice covered in sesame seeds, then stuffed with a mung bean filling. But if you're looking for a type of buchi with a unique filling, Buchi Queen offers ube and cheese-stuffed buchi, the Ube Keso Buchi.
Instead of the typically used monggo filling to stuff the center of the buchi, Buchi Queen uses a very generous amount of ube halaya and a chunk of cheese as its filling. The ube and cheese offer just the right amount of sweetness and salty flavors, plus there's the crunchy-meets-chewy texture we all love about buchi.
Buchi Queen, of course, first started the business with a classic monggo buchi (P120/dozen), which you should also try mainly because of how good the monggo filling is! It's not too sweet, plus it's smooth with little-to-no chalky texture which is a common characteristic of monggo filling.
You can order Buchi Queen's Ube Keso Buchi (P165/12 pieces, P450/35 pieces, and P1,200/100 pieces) by sending them a message at (0915) 316-4458.
