Before you dig in, for those who aren't familiar with Quezon's pancit, this regional dish is often served with spiced vinegar, which we highly recommend you do the same to give the dish more flavor. And if you're curious about how locals from the Quezon province eat pancit Lucban, we have a guide for you:

Buddy's 37th-anniversary sale is available until September 29, 2022, only, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. So you still have time to order it, just in time for merienda or an early dinner!

Buddy's has branches all over Quezon Province and one in Laguna, but if you're from Metro Manila, Buddy's has branches in the following locations: Kakarong Olympia in Makati City, Kalayaan Avenue in Makati City, Venice Grand Canal Mall in Bonifacio Global City, Tycoon Centre in Pasig City, Timog Avenue in Quezon City, and Eastwood City in Quezon City.
