This Sweesecake has a vanilla yogurt cheesecake center with a crust made of crushed graham biscuit. But what makes this cheesecake special is its outer layer that resembles Swiss cheese—it even has the round holes or the “eyes” which the Swiss cheese is known for. This outer layer is made with a combination of cream cheese and Swiss cheese.
