This Pie Is Made With Yellow Mangoes, Sweet Cream, And A Crunchy Crust!

‘Tis the season for plentiful sweet, yellow mangoes! During summer, these yellow mangoes grow in abundance. This fruit is good eaten as is or as a refreshing shake, but one of the things you can do with mangoes is to use it to add sweet, tart flavors to your dessert!
This summer, Cara Mia is sharing a special family dessert recipe, the Mango Cream Pie (P150/slice, P985/whole)! It’s a cream-based pie made with thick cream mixed with bits of yellow mangoes, topped with slices of glazed ripe mangoes, in a sweet shortbread crust.
