Cara Mia Cakes & Gelato’s Ube Cake is made with layers upon layers of soft ube-flavored chiffon, alternating with ube halaya filling, sides coated in ube crumbs, and topped with gorgeously-piped whipped cream. You can buy this as a whole (P888), mini cake (P645), or as a slice (P140).
