Aspiring Filipino chefs do not need to travel far to get top-notch training: thanks to the partnership between Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA, Manila) and and Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE) of Hong Kong, aspiring chefs can gain world-class French training with a six-month course at CCA Makati.


Classes for the flagship program, Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts, are held at CCA-Makati, where state-of-the-art classrooms and facilities are able to comprehensively deliver the course requirements. One-on-one mentoring, kitchen capacity, and an environment that welcomes discipline and professionalism are what make this customized training strategy special.


To live up to the prestige of having an ICDE-accredited culinary school in Manila, a partnership between CCA-ICDE and Kenwood Philippines has been created, where the said campus will exclusively use Kenwood kitchen machines throughout its classes.
