This September, Southern Luzon favorites such as Laing, Tinumok, Shrimp Ukoy, and Nilupak showcase the fiery flavors of Bicol and the island fare of Marinduque.

In October, the buffet spread will include famed dishes from Cebu, Bohol, and Leyte including Sinugbang Manok, Pancit Molo, and Binignit. November will have Midas Hotel treating guests to culinary fare from Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and Siargao such as Kinilaw na Bariles, Sinugbang Nukos, and Curacha Y Locon.
