Celebrate Filipino Cuisine at “Sabroso!” at the Midas Hotel

No need to hop on a plane for the ultimate Pinoy food trip! Taste-travel your way to the different regions of the country via Midas’ Hotel’s first-ever food festival dubbed “Sabroso!”.



This September, Southern Luzon favorites such as Laing, Tinumok, Shrimp Ukoy, and Nilupak showcase the fiery flavors of Bicol and the island fare of Marinduque.






In October, the buffet spread will include famed dishes from Cebu, Bohol, and Leyte including Sinugbang Manok, Pancit Molo, and Binignit. November will have Midas Hotel treating guests to culinary fare from Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and Siargao such as Kinilaw na Bariles, Sinugbang Nukos, and Curacha Y Locon.






The Sabroso! buffet will be available for lunch and dinner at Midas Cafe at P1842 nett per person.
