According to Ana Beatrice Trinidad, CCA Manila's PR and Business Development Director, CCA and Chef JC's collaboration serves as a lifestyle track and a teaser for a longer program.  She adds, "We are looking at launching a professional track that is all about Spain's regional cooking, [like,] Valencia, Basque, Navarra, and Galicia.
