Ready-To-Cook Bagnet And Chicharon Bulaklak Will Make Your Porky Dreams Come True

Chica’s Chicharronia, a small resto serving porky hits, has been serving its popular crispy bagnet, chicharon bulaklak, and other Filipino pulutan dishes since 2016. Now, you can have your pork favorites whenever the craving hits because Chica’s best-selling crispy pork now come in frozen, pre-portioned packs that you can easily cook at home.

It’s easy to cook since these each frozen pack of authentic Ilocano bagnet (P145/320 grams) and chickaron bulaklak (P105/150 grams) contains pre-seasoned, pre-cooked pork chunks that you don’t even have to thaw to cook. Just heat up enough oil in a pan, deep enough to cover the pork pieces, and once up to temp, add it in, still frozen. Within minutes, it’s ready to serve!

There’s no going through the seasoning, drying, or even the first cooking process you will usually have to go through to make real bagnet before you can dig in and enjoy it. The same goes for the chicharon bulaklak since it, too, needs to be prepped before it can be cooked and served, still crisp on the outside with a bit of chewiness on the inside.
