There's no going through the seasoning, drying, or even the first cooking process you will usually have to go through to make real bagnet before you can dig in and enjoy it. The same goes for the chicharon bulaklak since it, too, needs to be prepped before it can be cooked and served, still crisp on the outside with a bit of chewiness on the inside.

If you're missing the distinctive vinegar that you can have when you dine it, don't fret. Each pack contains packs of Chica's signature vinegar so feel free to dunk the crispy fried pork, savor, and enjoy!

Chica's frozen packs are available for orders via Chica's Chicharronia Facebook or visit their branches in Welcome Rotonda, SM City Novaliches, SM City Masinag, SM North Edsa, and SM Valenzeula.
