Some Jollibee And Mang Inasal Stores Unable To Serve Chicken Meals
#ChickenSad, round 2!
Are we ready for more bad news? You might have seen a few posts on social media about a Chickenjoy shortage. Depending on the location, Jollibee's Chickenjoy meals are not available on food delivery applications like GrabFood, while some Jollibee stores have a physical sign that some items on the menu are sold out.
With all the food shortage news worldwide, this has led people to speculate that there is a Chickenjoy shortage.
Jollibee tells Inquirer that there's a "small number" of Jollibee stores that are struggling with keeping up with the strong demand because of supply issues. The fast food chain says, "The supply is already improving and we are continuously working with suppliers to address the immediate demand."
The unavailability of chicken meal also applies to Mang Inasal, which is owned by Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC).
