True to its name, Ching Kee Beef Noodles serves beef noodle bowls of all cuts, ranging from tripe to brisket. Their specialty is the ngau chap noodle, a bowl of chewy egg noodles topped with beef liver, small intestines, tripe, and tendon. Another winning dish? Grab a bowl of shrimp wanton noodles along with a plate of melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket to share. Dip everything in their chili sauce and you're golden.

Sincere sits in the mezzanine of the RBL Place building and is just one of the many go-to places for Chinese regulars in the area craving for Binondo food (their Binondo branch is called Sincerity).
