True to its name, Ching Kee Beef Noodles serves beef noodle bowls of all cuts, ranging from tripe to brisket. Their specialty is the ngau chap noodle, a bowl of chewy egg noodles topped with beef liver, small intestines, tripe, and tendon. Another winning dish? Grab a bowl of shrimp wanton noodles along with a plate of melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket to share. Dip everything in their chili sauce and you’re golden.

Sincere sits in the mezzanine of the RBL Place building and is just one of the many go-to places for Chinese regulars in the area craving for Binondo food (their Binondo branch is called Sincerity). Sincere is well-known for its fried chicken, juicy with just a touch of sweet flavors. Other Chinese favorites worth trying are their crispy and sticky fried oyster cake and their kikiam. Eat everything with kiampong rice and feel the warmth reminiscent of a mother’s home-cooked meal.

As their name suggests, Tasty Dumplings does serve incredibly tasty dumplings. You can eat the dumplings in many different ways. Some like to order dumplings with the noodle soup with big pork chops alongside to dip into the soup. Another way is to order their Silver Roll, deep-fried mantou buns (the bread used to make siopao), golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside, to eat with the dumplings.
