Your Childhood Favorite "Choco Mallows" Gets A Delicious Makeover
South kids, treat yourself to this ASAP!
Remember Fibisco's Choco Mallows? The combination of the soft biscuit, fluffy marshmallow dome, and the chocolate coating made it irresistibly delicious that it was easy to finish an entire box in one sitting. For those who haven't outgrown this nostalgic treat, you'll definitely want to try a leveled up version of your childhood favorite at Bungalow Café.
Bungalow Café's Chocolate Marshmallow takes cues from this childhood treat. Instead of the soft biscuit, the café uses a moist cake as its base. They piped a generous amount of their homemade vanilla marshmallow and dipped it in 55% dark chocolate shell with a touch of sea salt. We're pretty sure it's hard to resist that chilled marshmallow center underneath the chocolate shell.
Bungalow Café's Chocolate Marshmallows cost P110 per piece. This is available for walk-ins and for pre-order.
Bungalow Café is located at Molito Complex, Madrigal Avenue, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
