Coffee shop and a book shop combined is already a reason for you to visit the new space of Coffee Project and Fully Booked at Evia Lifestyle Center. It's a gorgeous place with plenty of tables where you can catch up with friends over coffee or read a book with a drink on the side. There's also enough space to study and work. But another reason you should pay a visit? The Coffee Project Black (what the branch is called) has an expanded menu which includes "collab specialties," drinks that are exclusively available at this branch.

They have Hot Bullet Proof (P240) and Iced Bullet Proof (P255) drinks which essentially both brewed coffee with butter; Nitro Cold Brew, a cold brew coffee that's charged with nitrogen; Caphesuada (P200) which you can liken to Vietnamese iced coffee; and the Mayan Mocha and the Iced Mayan Mocha, coffee with cayenne pepper for a spicy kick that's sure to wake you up.

They also have the Iced Freddo (P255) and Hot Freddo (P240), both made with chocolate, milk, with an added shot of espresso. The menu also includes a classic Affogato (P230) and the Matchagatto (P200) that you can pour over vanilla ice cream.

This branch has a Brew Bar, too. Choose from the Pour Over (P230), Aero Press (P230), French Press (P250 or P350/1.32 oz), Siphon (P250), and Chemex (P245) coffee. You can choose your single-origin coffee beans from the brew bar, too: there's beans from Mt. Apo, beans from Atok, and beans from Colombia and Brazil.
