Conti's Just Launched A NEW Cake To Celebrate Their 24th Anniversary
It's a very unique take on the Brazo de Mercedes.
Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant is celebrating its 24th anniversary this year with the launch of a new decadent cake called the Brazo Medley.
The Brazo Medley is the bakeshop's unique take on the classic Brazo de Mercedes. Their version has three important layers: a thick pillow-soft, fluffy meringue on top followed by a layer of vanilla custard, then a mango-strawberry cream infused with fruit bits. All three layers are resting on top of a butter cookie crust. It looks dreamy!
According to Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant, the three flavors of the Brazo Medley are inspired by the three Conti sisters (Cecille Maranon, Carle Sumulong, and Angie Martines) who founded Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant.
Ready to order? The Brazo Medley costs P1,1045 for the entire cake. You can order it via Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant website or via GrabFood.
