Kapampangan Restaurants Team Up And Open "Culinary Pampanga" In Quezon City
You can have your favorite Kapampangan dishes delivered to your doorstep.
It turns out, you don't have to go all the way to Pampanga City for your fix of that famous tokwa't baboy or sisig paella. The famous chefs and restaurants from Pampanga have opened Culinary Pampanga, a one-stop-shop where you can order all of their signature dishes.
Culinary Pampanga's "All-Stars 8" menu features mouthwatering dishes and pastries from these renowned Kapampangan chefs: Sau Del Rosario of Cafe Fleur, Den Lim of DenLim's Kitchen, Howard Dizon of Howard Dizon's Catering Services, Cherry Passion-Tan of Apag Marangle, Vince Garcia of Rainforest Kitchene, Judy Unson of Cafe Noelle, and Mila Gomes of Mila's Tokwa't Baboy.
Can't decide what to try? You can't go wrong with Cafe Fleur's Truffled Crispy Pork Belly (P495/2-3 people or P875/4-5 people) which is a macadamia kare-kare with tsokolate bagoong; Cafe Noelle's Pastel de Lengua (P412/2-3 people or P715/4-5 people) that's made with creamy ox-tongue in puff pastry; Rainforest Kitchene's Galantina (P350/2-3 people or P660/4-5 people).
There's also DenLim's Kitchen's fork-tender and saucy Callos (P295/2-3 people or P975/4-5 people), Apag Marangle's sinfully delicious Humba (P313/2-3 people or P589/4-5 people), and of course, Mila's Tokwa't Baboy's Tokwa't Baboy (P85/2-3 people or P975/4-5 people).
