CCA Manila offers academic courses, signature series classes which range from one-day classes to 6-month classes, and also seasonal classes such as catering boot camp classes.
CCA Manila also has a new campus in Makati for its flagship program where its students will be trained under French Michelin-star chefs and master chefs through Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts, a six-month introductory course developed by the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA, Manila) and Institute Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE) of Hong Kong. ICDE is the professional culinary school of Disciples Escoffier International, a non-profit organization with presence in 26 countries and has more than 25,000 members that include the world's most prominent chefs, guided by the standards established by legendary chef Auguste Escoffier.

Tiny Kitchen Cooking School

Founded by Vicky Veloso Barrera, Tiny Kitchen Cooking School has classes for children with hands-on activities with the goal that cooking lessons promote new learnings, self-sufficiency, independence, and fun.
Classes are from Mondays to Saturdays with a 9-11 a.m. session and 2-4 p.m. session starting March 2017. The classes are individualized and kids have their own workspaces.
Advanced courses and one-day workshops are also available.
