There are two flavors of the Dalgona Avocado Gelato: the Dalgona Choco Malt Avocado Gelato and the Dalgona Mocha Avocado Gelato. The Dalgona Choco Malt Avocado Gelato is made with a thick layer of avocado gelato, a layer of Milo gelato, and topped with Dalgona candies. The Dalgona Mocha Avocado Gelato version, on the other hand, replaces the whipped Milo with a layer of mocha gelato. Just in case you’re curious, the avocado gelato used on both of these desserts are custard-based and is made with real fruit.
