The Department Of Agriculture Says The Philippines Has Enough Food Supply Until The End Of June
Secretary William Dar ensures that there is a steady food supply for the Philippines.

The Department of Agriculture's (DA) Secretary William Dar says that there is enough food supply for the Philippines until the end of June 2020. Dar mentioned this during a virtual presser with DA Assistant Secretary Noel Reyes held on April 23 at the DA Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City.
At the press briefing, Dar said, "Nais po namin siguruhin na mayroon tayong sapat na supply ng pagkain at itaas pa ang produksyon ng mga ito." (We wish to ensure that we have enough supplies of food and we will be increasing the production of this food.) This includes meat, fish, vegetables, and rice.
According to DA's website, we have the following food supply until the end of June 2020:

The DA is also ensuring a smoother flow from the food sources to those who are in need. "Lalong-lalo na yung nasa Visayas, Mindanao, at ang buong Luzon, vice-versa (especially in the Visayas, Mindanao, the entire Luzon)," Dar adds.
To further strengthen local production, Dar says that a number of farmers and fishers have received financial subsidies from the government.
